Refund policy

  • After cancellation of tickets refund will be done to the customer’s account through which they have booked the online bus tickets. 
  • Refunds are processed automatically after the cancellation of bus tickets. Bank will take 5 – 15 days to get the amount credited to your account.
  • In case of not receiving the refund amount on or before 14 days. We request you to send an email to pay@bustoll.com along with the ticket cancellation details and card / bank / wallet statement in PDF format from booking date to till date. We will support you to get the refund amount to your account.
  • Refund cannot be done for the no show passenger ( Passenger not appearing at the boarding point ) 
  • Transactional charges or ticket delivery charges cannot be refunded if the ticket booked by the customer.
  • In case of any bus service or any type of cancellation by bus operator or bus service provider, Bustoll is liable to passenger only to the extent of refunding the amount of ticket cost. 
  • Any un-availability of Amenities/ service / AC / Video which are provided by the bus operators while booking the ticket and not provided while travelling. In such cases refunds / claims of these services should be settled directly with the bus service provider or Bus operator.
